Cancellation and refund policy: Biawogi's Tessis.
1. 🎾 Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. To keep things fair:
- 24-Hour Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee, unless due to an emergency or illness (at the coach's discretion).
- No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled lesson without providing notice, the session will be charged in full.
2. 💸 Refunds for Prepaid Packages
If you've prepaid for a package of lessons:
- Unused Sessions: You may request a refund for unused sessions, provided you give a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled lesson.
- Refund Calculation: Refunds are prorated based on the number of completed sessions and may exclude any promotional discounts.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued via the original payment method.
3. 🚫 Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Drop-in or single-session bookings after completion
- Group lessons once the session has begun
- Personalized training programs have already been delivered
4. 🧾 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation:
- Send an email or text with your full name and the lesson/package in question
- Include reason for cancellation (optional)
- Coach will confirm within 24 hours and begin processing if eligible
5. ⚖️ Policy Updates
This policy may be revised over time to accommodate changing business needs or seasonal promotions. Any updates will be shared via email or posted on the training facility's website.
